Are Your Samples Royalty Free?
For the most part our samples are not royalty free. We work hard to deliver quality in which a single sample can stand out as song on it’s own. At times, a single sample takes weeks, if not months of working on to finish. We strive for a quality you can’t get in your usual Royalty Free Sample Pack.
At what point will I need to clear a sample?
Our samples can be used for personal projects, leasing and selling beats on sites like Beatstars and independent placements (not distributed through a major) free of sample clearance. If a beat or song you created with one of our samples is to be distributed through or by a major label or an independent release generates more than a million streams across platforms, clearance terms would be negotiated between the major label and the creator of the specific sample.
